When it comes to film production, my focus is directing and editing. I have an extensive background with and advanced knowledge in Final Cut Pro 7, as well as intermediate experience with Avid Newscutter and Adobe Premiere. I have been editor/director of many independent projects, one of which, Polaroid, achieved Best Narrative Drama and Best Actor at the 2013 BGSU Film & Media Festival. Another of my projects, Under The Influence, went on to achieve Best In Show at the 2015 BGSU Film & Media Festival.
I three academic years as the president of BGReel Productions, a film organization on Bowling Green State University’s campus, assisting in media creation and festival management. I have interned with Sinclair Broadcasting Group and am currently employed with WBGU-TV, a subsidiary of PBS in Bowling Green, Ohio. I worked as a film lab technician in the Department of Theatre and Film at Bowling Green State University. I also worked as a Final Cut Pro 7 consultant with the Department of Telecommunications at Bowling Green State University.
